Ageny for Diffusion of International Humanitarian Law in Central Africa, acronym ADDIHAC, is an independant and non-profit NGO created the september 25.1993. Its headquater is based in Kinshasa (Republic Democratic of Congo).The Agency has opened a Representation in Belguim.

The main purpose of the ADDIHAC is to promote the education of human rights and the culture of peace. It spreads also the main rules of four Convention of Geneva of 12 august 1949 concerning the protection of victims of war and the other juridical instruments of international humanitarian law, in particular the two additional Protocols.

 ADDIHAC struggels also the use of landmines and cluster munitions.

Considering the aims it pursues, ADDIHAC has the Observator Statut in Africa Commission of Human and People Rights. It has the relationship with UNESCO(Informal relations), International Francophony Organisation. ADDIHAC is member of International Campaign to ban the landmines and the international coalition against the cluster munitions.
