Agency for Diffusion of International Humanitarian Law in Central Africa( ADDIHAC) is an independant and non-profit NGO created on september 25,1993 with  headquaters in Kinshasa, Republic Democratic of Congo. The Agency has also opened a Representation in Belguim.

The main purpose of the ADDIHAC is to:

1. Promote education in human rights and the culture of peace;

2. To spread  the main rules of four Convention of Geneva of 12 august 1949 concerning the protection of victims of war and the other juridical instruments of international humanitarian law, in particular the two additional Protocols.

3. To participate in the Campaign to ban the use of landmines and cluster munitions.
