Considering the use of landmines as a violation of the aim rule international humanitarian law, the protection of non combattants, ADDIHAC is committed to participate in the struggle of landmines.

Thus ADDIHAC organises till now the conferences to increase public awareness of an humanitarian rules which must be considered during the peace and the armed conflicts.

So the organisation increases the public awareness of the presence of landmines in the territory of Republic Democratic of Congo. It joigned the International Campagne to ban the landmines.

ADDIHAC is the first organisation in Congo which published a rapport about the situation of landmines in Congo in August 1995.

It convinced the authorities of Congo to ratify the Convention of Ottawa about the total prohibition of landmines.

Actualy, ADDIHAC is member of the coalition against the cluster munitions. its target is to convince the governement of Congo to joint the process of Oslo.
