.A time of its creation in September 25.1993, ADDIHAC is committed to education of human rights and to spreading of international humanitarian law.

So ADDIHAC leads the conferences to increase public awareness of human rights principals declared by the Universal Déclaration of Human Rights and the aim rules of four Conventions of Geneva concerning the protection of victims of war and the others international juridical instruments of international humanitarian law in particula the two additionnal Protocols.

At the same time, it organizes the training seminaries about the teaching of huma rights and international humanitarian law destined to teachers of secundary education.

ADDIHAC organizes also the campaign in different schools concerning the human rights and international humanitarian law.

The organisation publishs a periodical "Humanitarian without Borders" concerning the principals of Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the aim ruls of international humanitarian law.

It participates to several conferences and meetings about human rights and international humanitarian law.

ADDIHAC is the first NGO which began with the spreading of international humanitarian law in Republic Democratic of Congo.
