- March. 15. 2008. The general director of ADDIHAC, Norbert Basumba Bolumbu, participated to an assembly organized by Oxfam Novib in Utrecht(Holland). The assembly got together several migrant organisations, partnaires of Novib. Some migrant organisations explained about the projects in their countries.

-15 March - 1 april 2008, a delegate from ADDIHAC participated to the conference of Livingstone (Zambia) about the cluster bombs. In the conference, the organisation was represented by Ms Guylaine Kongolo, chief of bureau of human rights and culture of peace.
